During office operation more than 1500 architectural projects with a total surface of 300.000,00 m2, have been carried out and supervised. These projects include hotels, tourists’ accommodations, house complexes, luxury houses and workshops etc.

In the construction area the experience extends to 40.000,00 m2 with particular emphasis on the construction quality, aesthetic completeness and with the use of contemporary.

c) Real estate development studies-investment advisors

- 2000 Architectural project and supervision of the dairy of the Union of Paros Agricultural Cooperatives located in Agios Georgios Kounados Parikia, Paros.

- 2000 AGERIA VILLAGE
Architectural project supervision and construction of a complex of houses AGERIA VILLAGE. The complex includes 13 houses total surface 1.200,00 m2.

- 2002 Architectural project supervision of complex of houses in Santa Maria Naoussa Paros total surface 680,00 m2.

- 2002 Architectural project and supervision of two new luxury houses located in Sarakiniko Paros total surface 877,00 m2.
